Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Education invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with 3PL for Sommerskolen [Summer School].

The contracting authority plans to procure third party logistics services (3PL), including storage, pick and pack, goods receipt, return handling and distribution.

In this connection, the supplier market is invited to provide input on the proposed price model and the accompanying price form. The aim is to ensure that the price model is appropriate, understandable and reflects how such services are normally priced in the market.

In particular feedback is requested on:

* if suggested units (e.g. per line, item, order) are suitable

* whether the price model allows for a real and correct cost structure

* any suggestions for simplification or improvement of the price form.

* any conditions that can contribute to more efficient and predictable pricing

The contracting authority would also like feedback on issues related to social responsibility, environment etc.
