26-108 St. Mary’s Primary School Dungarvan – Climate Action and Fabric Defects Works

The works consist of remedial works to the external building facade to resolve water ingress issues and to restore the integrity of the external facade against further water ingress and are to include external wall treatments and remedial detailing, works to roof overhangs, fascias and soffits and all associated works together with associated internal remedial and repair works to rectify the damage caused by the water ingress. Additionally, works are to include the installation of attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation and the supply and installation of a bike rack together with all ancillary and associated works.
