The Directorate of Public Construction and Property would like feedback/input/proposals from the market before the final announcement of the framework agreement. The purpose of the notice is twofold. Firstly Statsbygg would like the coming competition to be in accordance with the market as a whole so that the competition is more attractive and easier to participate in, for as many tenderers as possible. Secondly, Statsbygg wants to find an appropriate way to safeguard the needs of the users of the future framework agreement in a predictable and sober way. The contracting authority would like feedback through the Mercell portal by 13.3.2026,00. All inputs are handled as confidential material as regards the rules for insight and publicity. The procurement documents will be published in Doffin and TED in accordance with the regulations and all interested tenderers will be given the opportunity to submit a tender.
