2026-017 Ørsta KKS – Turnkey Contract – Market Dialogue

The background for the market dialogueØrsta competence and cultural centre (Ørsta KKS) is a joint project between Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune (MRFK) and Ørsta kommune (ØK). The cooperation agreement, signed 05.04.2022, will form the basis for the cooperation between the parties. The cooperation arose on the basis that the county and Ørsta municipality saw possibilities for mutual synergy effects by establishing a multi-functional building with the vision and social goal: "Contribute to create an attractive, versatile and inclusive village according to the UN ́s sustainability goals". The project has further defined effect targets that will be achieved through the integration of the owners ́ functions in the building.
