The City of Reykjavík is seeking information from the market regarding the potential development of a new residential district in Hallar, Úlfarsárdalur.
This RFI aims to gather feedback on market capacity, delivery models, financing, risk allocation and the potential structuring of a future procurement process, which is expected to be conducted as Competitive Dialogue under Article 37 of Act No. 120/2016 on Icelandi Public Procurement law.
