Boligbygg needs rent assessments of apartments, including assessments of gang rent and market rent for the contracting authority's rental objects, as well as other valuation work of various nature, such as condition assessments, surveys etc. Valuation in connection with the sale of property is not included in the framework agreement. Most of the call-offs will apply to rent assessments of flats.
Rent assessments will be obtained in connection with the contracting authority ́s rent of residences in Oslo, both when new contracts are signed, with rent adjustments in the leases already signed and at contract renewals. Mainly, it is the gang's rent for the individual residences to be assessed, but if the market rent has fallen and is lower than the gang's rent, it should be assessed what is the housing market rent. A rent assessment shall result in the tenderer ́s conclusion as to what is the gang ́s rent (possibly market rent) for each residence, considering the conditions that affect the rent value of the individual rental housing.
