A comprehensive university such as the University of Bergen (UiB) requires a digital application capable of consolidating and making accessible complex data sets for the development of courses, study programmes, and the overall programme portfolio. While the need is primarily academically driven, the application must also be able to present data for purposes related to administration, management, and governance at four organisational levels: programme, department, faculty, and institution. Through this Request for Information (RFI), UiB invites qualified suppliers to provide information and present potential solutions that can address these requirements.

This prior information notice will be sent out to make the market and potential tenderers aware of upcoming competitions for contract E1 – Electro in a major project that MOVAR has for the New Fuglevik Treatment Facility Rygge in Moss municipality. The procurement is planned to be announced in March 2026, but this can be changed The procurements that shall be announced in March apply to contract E1 - Electro, which applies to the delivery of electrical installations at the plant and is an execution contract based on NS8405. The contract particularly includes: • The existing installations shall be disassembled and removed. • Installations are with main distribution boards and boards/distributions for building installations and process. • Constructional installations are conducive paths, earthing, lightning conductor installations, lights, electrical outlets, fire alarm systems, cabling for access control, burglar alarms and communication. • Cables shall be laid for the process and HVAC and sanitation, cables shall be laid for engines, instrumentation and frequency transformers for engines shall be delivered. Some instrumentation shall be provided. • The switch-off system is to be assembled in the board room. • Solar panel installations shall be installed on approx. half the roof area.
