Akershus University Hospital and Sykehusbygg HF would like to invite tenderers to a market dialogue for preparations for competition and delivery of heavy, building-affected picture diagnostic equipment for the construction project New Cancer and Somatic Building Nordbyhagen (KSB) as well as further reuse of the relevant engineering basis for other construction projects. KSB will i.a. consist of MR laboratories, CT, PET-CT and Hot-lab. In accordance with Helse Sør-Øst RHF ́s strategy for new hospital buildings in the region, we look at the possibility of using engineered systems and procurements for construction projects that run in parallel. In this connection, the New Mjøs Hospital and the development project at Kalnes will be relevant collaboration projects. At the same time, we would like to reuse as much as possible of the engineering design basis from ongoing projects that Nye Aker and Nye Rikshospitalet.The dialogue is divided into two phases: Dialogue phase part1: Relevant and invited (total) suppliers give the contracting authority a presentation of what the market can offer of relevant equipment and functions (see the attached description), per 2025 as well as the coming 3-4 years. The dialogue is planned to be carried out as a physical meeting (approx. 3 hours per tenderer) in Sykehusbygg ́s premises in Oslo, tentative week 46-47. The meetings will be held as one-to-one meetings between the contracting authority and the service provider. Further details will come when we have received feedback from interested parties. Dialogue phase part 2: In the dialogue phase part 2, we would like to participate from selected (total) tenderers, in engineering design meetings, where we look at, among other things, interface, area requirements and the building impact of the equipment. We envisage that approx. 5 tenderers are offered participation in this phase. The aim is to collaborate with engineering design of the most building-affected installations in early phases in order to build as robustly as possible for the future and ensure that the building is adapted for several modalities and manufacturers.

Sykehusbygg invites tenderers to one-to-one dialogue meetings via teams. These are planned to be carried out in week 40/41. Registration is to be sent kristin.ramberg@sykehusbygg.no The project New Radiation Centre Telemark is an important project in the development of treatment capacity in the region. The dialogue conference involves examining alternative construction methods for concrete cast on site as regards time, cost and screening properties. The project is a part of the overall project Project Standardisation Radiotherapy managed by HSØ. This means that the system that is prepared in this project shall also be able to be used in future radiotherapy projects at other locations. A treatment room shall be procured as a part of the Turnkey Contract. This notice is an invitation to relevant suppliers of treatment rooms, to participate in dialogue meetings with the builder, contractor and engineering design group - to create understanding and knowledge of possibilities in the market.
