Intention notice – from strain to sustainability in Frosta municipality

Frosta municipality is planning a development project to strengthen the leadership role, cooperation across sectors, work health and organisational sustainability by developing the concept Mental charging stations in cooperation with Friskgården, based on previous experiences and trust in the organisation, with the goal of improving the handling of emotional and relational loads, increasing presence and reducing sick leave throughout the municipality.
