Request for Tender for the Implementation of the Legal Services Division Operating Model

The Commission is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to provide consultancy services in support of the development and implementation of priority recommendations arising from the Legal Services Division Operating Model Review, including recommendations relating to the Governance and Mandate, Service Delivery and Functional Processes workstreams. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide the services described in Appendix 1 Specification of Services and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Request for Tenders and the Contract.
