Framework agreement, operation and maintenance of street lights.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who, in an environmentally and cost efficient manner, cover their need for operation and maintenance of road lights. The contract will cover all relevant assignments and material for the operation and maintenance of the road light installations.

The framework agreement shall apply to the road lights that the municipalities in the Østre Agder cooperation are responsible for running. A tender shall be submitted that covers the entire extent of all the municipalities. A contract will be signed separately for each municipality. It is important for the municipalities to have an overview of the street lights, and therefore the tenderer ́s system is required to upload the information on street lights to NVDB.
