The governmental civil sector is constantly developing and changing. The Public Administration has requirements for efficiency, which Statsbygg marks from both the owner side and the customer side. Being able to be at the forefront and know what existing and potential customers think of Statsbygg, who the competition is and what the environment thinks – makes Statsbygg better able to meet the future challenges.  Statsbygg is therefore carrying out various customer and market surveys and analyses thereof.
