In summary, the Services comprise: finalising the design of the Support Scheme for District Heating (SSDH) to full operational readiness for final Government approval and launch. The project will develop financial, economic, commercial, technical, legal and governance processes into a robust, transparent and proportionate end-to-end scheme framework.
