Indre Østfold municipality invites suppliers to a dialogue regarding the hire and operation of Askim cinema and kiosk. The objective of the dialogue is to examine the market ́s interest in running the cinema and to obtain inputs for framework terms, operational model and further process. A joint site inspection of the premises will also be carried out.
