The contracting authority needs assistance with facilitating technical documentation. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer who can assist with facilitation, quality assurance and the treatment of technical documentation. Printing and other professional assistance are also included. The procurement also includes courses in XML and XSL as needed.
