VAT in the HSE Dublin and South East health region(excluding St Vincent’s University Hospital and St Michael’s Hospital). The Framework is for Building Services Engineering (MandE) Services. HSE Dublin and South-East provides health and social care services to South-East Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and most areas of Wicklow.
