The Grenland Cooperation shall realise a new treatment facility and sludge treatment facility as a future orientated sewage system for Skien, Porsgrunn and Bamble, with the accompanying transport system and technical installations.
The procurement is for a part of the builder organisation that shall be established and developed parallel to the execution of central procurements, including the procurement of consultancy and contract contracts. A project organisation has been established, with both internal and external resources working on completion of the preliminary project and preparation of the next phase.
