Market survey/RFI – Framework agreement bedding and textile products.

The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service (KDI) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for bedding and textile products during Q3 2026. The Norwegian Correctional Service is planning a procurement of bedding and textile products for its units. The procurement includes duvets, pillows, covers, sheets, towels and other textiles, both flame retardating and non-flame retardating execution, as well as some special requirements such as allergy-friendly assortment and target adapted curtains. The need is for the Norwegian Correctional Service units in all regions. This is a repurchase and the pending agreement will be obligatory for the included units.
