2026/3698 – RFI/ Market survey – General digital management of housing rentals.

This is a probe (RFI) where the aim is to identify possible products, systems or services in the market that suppliers can offer in general, user friendly, secure, robust and cost efficient digital management of residential rentals that support both short-term and long-term tenancy. We would like tenderers to inform about and describe possibilities that they believe best see to the needs described in this probe. Note that this is not to be considered as part of a pending procurement process. Final decisions and choices regarding any procurements have not yet been made. The response to this probe will not obligate either the tenderer or the Directorate of Public Construction and Property in relation to any future procurement.
