LC-MS/MS columns for Helse Bergen HF

The objective of the procurement is to procure columns for use in LC-MS/MS analysis of urine, blood and spit.

Tenders are wanted for the following columns:

1. Pursuit 3 C18 100 x 4.6mm 3 μm

2. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 4.6x50mm 1.8μm 400 bar

3. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18, 3.0x50mm, 1.8μm 600bar

4. Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 RHD, 2.1 x 50 mm, 1.8 μm

5. CarpenterLab Poroshell 120 Chiral-V, 2.7 μm, 2.1 x 150 mm

The columns shall be used for routine determination of protoporfyrin IX in erytrocytes (1), porphytes in faeces, plasma and urine (2), MMA (3), steroid hormones in serum (4) and kiral separation of amphetamines in spit and urine (5). Other areas of use and sample matrix can be used.

The columns are sometimes also used for research analyses, i.e. determination of substances in serum, plasma, urine and/or spinal fluid.

A framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of columns. See Annex 1 - Price Form for the estimated volume. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume.

If different pack sizes can be offered (e.g. packs of three), the Contracting Authority would like to receive tenders for the pack size that will give the lowest unit price.
