Limerick City and County Council – Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for the Northside Park and Green Edge Masterplan Strategy and Feasibility Study

The Northside Park and Green Edge project is a large scale green infrastructure project that will see the delivery of a network of green open spaces and recreational amenities across the municipal and island edges that form the north of Limerick City and Suburbs. This tender relates to a feasibility study and masterplan for this scheme.

The need for change was brought about by circumstances a diligent Contracting Authority could not have foreseen.
The value of contract increased due to the discovery of extensive amounts of below ground waste across one of the sites, not known to LCCC at the time of appointment. As the site is within the Green Edge Masterplan Study area, the design team will be required to consider this constraint and carry out additional design team services as necessary.
