Framework agreement – Assistance development and use of school, nursery and other purpose-built buildings.

Investment projects in Kristiansand municipality are implemented in accordance with the municipality investment instructions. The municipality has a well-developed project implementation apparatus which involves responsibility for early phase review and project management as well as project implementation.  The main objective of this framework agreement is to ensure competent assistance for Kristiansand municipality for parts of the project development, especially in the early phases and in relation to user processes connected to the development and use of school, nursery and other purpose-built buildings.
