Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Framework.

Dublin Port Company proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Framework. The objective of this PQQ is to qualify Applicants for a multi-party Framework for Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Services (QS services). The nature, scale and complexity of the scope of work envisaged under this PQQ requires Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Services to deliver the scope of work to include Capital Works project support, Strategic support, Administrative support and other supports which may be required as business objectives develop.
