Office Furniture Framework Agreement

Alta municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest without negotiations for a framework agreement for the procurement of furniture and fixtures for offices.

The aim is to establish a framework agreement with a furniture supplier who ensures access to environmentally friendly furniture of high quality, with a focus on sustainability and that has a long lifetime. The offered products shall have good functionality and user friendliness, and be suitable for the public entities included in this agreement. Furthermore, the products must have a clean and timeless design that fits into every working environment. The products shall be universally designed, i.e. the products for general use shall be designed so that all persons shall be able to use them. Furthermore, the products shall have good ergonomics and comfort. 

The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for one year at a time for a further two years. See the tender documentation for further information.
