Procurement of box-line system/store data (Payment upon border crossing)

The Norwegian Customs needs a new, modern, comprehensive and user-friendly cash register and payment system that shall be used both at fixed border crossings and in mobile situations along the entire Norwegian border , on land and at sea. The system is intended for cases where the public needs to pay on-site. These can be fees, duties and other requirements that are either calculated in the pre-system or directly at the collection point.
The system shall function in all relevant collection situations, including:
- stationary customs locations and expeditions.
- inspection halls.
Ports, ferry terminals and airports.
- Mobile control operations along roads and lakes.
- inspections of vessels, vehicles and trains.
