Framework contract ASSISTANCE TO THE PERFORMANCE REVIEW BOARD AND THE COMMISSION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERFORMANCE AND CHARGING SCHEME

For the purpose of the implementation of performance and charging schemes, the Commission is assisted by the Performance Review Board (PRB) established by Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 on the implementation of the Single European Sky (hereinafter the SES2+ Regulation), which is charged with providing an independent and impartial advice to the Commission in accordance with Article 13 of the SES2+. The PRB consists of seven members, including its Chair, who are appointed by the Commission, in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/635 . The PRB is in its function supported by the PRB Secretariat, provided by the Commission to assure the necessary analytical, administrative and technical support to the PRB.

The aim is to conclude a single framework contract with one contractor in order to provide support to the PRB and the PRB Secretariat when it comes to the analytical tasks requiring additional and dedicated specialist knowledge on the technical aspects on the implementation of the performance and charging scheme.
