The Phase 3-A Social Housing Works on Railway Street as part of the overall NCRR development will consist of: The provision of a new 6 storey Social Housing apartment building (circa 1,740sqm) consisting of 18no. 2 bed Universal Design + apartment units with rooftop plantroom enclosure; the provision of ground level support accommodation; bicycle shelter; external bin enclosure and plant rooms; hard and soft landscaping to a new communal amenity space; and all associated site works.
