Woollen clothing for the Norwegian Civil Defence

DSB needs a temporary framework agreement for the delivery of woollen clothing to the Norwegian Civil Defence, pending a framework agreement for this entered into by The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, which the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is affiliated to be ready to make call-offs. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers, ranked as Supplier A and Supplier B respectively. All call-offs will first go to Supplier A. If Supplier A cannot deliver the entire requested volume within the stated delivery deadline, the remaining volume shall be called off from Supplier B.

The first call-off on this framework agreement, with a delivery deadline in medio September 2026. Further call-offs, currently without a defined delivery deadline, can be made during 2026, provided that the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency ́s framework agreement is not ready for call-offs in this period.
