Invitation to market dialogue – digital partner for the 22 July Centre.

The 22 july centre invites tenderers to participate in a market dialogue before the planned procurement of a digital partner.

The aim of the market dialogue is to obtain input from the market on how the centre ́s total need for digital services can best be covered, including whether the market can deliver a comprehensive solution through one supplier, possibly with the use of sub-suppliers, or whether the need should be divided up.

The 22 july centre is a national memorial and learning centre under the Ministry of Education and Research. The centre is facing several development processes connected to digital communication, teaching, communication and security.

The need includes i.a. management and further development of the existing website, digital teaching systems, technical operations and security, monitoring and stand-by, communication services as well as the implementation of a new visual profile.

The market dialogue will be carried out through a written input note, and individual tenderers may be invited to one-to-one meetings. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary, does not obligate the parties and is not a prerequisite for participation in any later competition.

The deadline for submitting the input note is Monday 04.05.2026, 12:00.
