Modernisation of ICT architecture and the Security Operations Center (SOC) for Lofoten ICT

Lofoten IKT is an intermunicipal ICT company that provides ICT services to the municipal sector in Lofoten. We currently serve approx. 4,000 employees in all municipal sectors. From 1 January 2027 the company will be organised in two separate ICT companies, with each company serving approx. 2,000 employees. The operation will be carried out with very small professional environments (approx. 5-6 persons per company). Vestvågøy and Moskenes will be run by one company, while Vågan and Flakstad are operated by another company. Værøy may expire from 2027 and Flakstad may be operated from Vestvågøy/Moskenes from 2028. We therefore need to modernise the ICT architecture to ensure a high degree of automation, standardisation and centralisation so that operations are feasible with the personnel we have. Dialogue meetings 6-8 May: Registration part A - 30 April, 12:00: Tenderers will receive approx. three weeks from the deadline for registration. Deadline for submitting questions – 29 April at 12:00: the day before registration. Response deadline part B – 8 May, 12:00: This is the same day as the last dialogue meeting. Part B is written and therefore this is not a big problem I think. If any suppliers participating in Part A don't make it, then one can hint that input is still being read a few days late.
