In summary, Irish Prison service over the next number of months, propose to go to market for the supply and maintenance of a Body Worn Camera system with associated accessories, software and Services for the entire prison estate.
It is proposed to establish a Multi-party Framework for a period of 5 to 10 years using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation/ Negotiated Procedure.
