Framework agreement for less nuisance coordination

The Assignment relates to the organisation and implementation of an integrated Less Nuisance ("Minder Hinder") approach, primarily in the Flemish Periphery ("Vlaamse Rand"). Specifically for the Flemish Periphery ("Vlaamse Rand"), a broader view will be taken of the entire R0. Optionally (mandatory option), the reduction of such services in the wider region around Ghent is also envisaged (as a result of the works of DWV, such as the planned works of Gentspoort and possibly part of the works of R4WO). The Assignment includes making an inventory and mapping out various construction sites and activities in the region, on behalf of various building contractors, and coordinating these where possible. In this coordinating task, it may be necessary to carry out simulations at macro, meso and, where appropriate, micro level. In addition, general support and advice regarding minimising disruption also fall within the scope of this assignment.
