The scope of works at Green Acres is to provide fire upgrade works throughout the property. The proposed works will be subject to fire regularisation by Fire Consultant ORS, and the successful Contractor must provide all the documentation set out in the “Third Party Documentation” PDF that outlines the certification required upon completion of the works.
