Single-Party Framework Agreement for the provision, implementation, maintenance and support of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and related services for the Institute of Public Administration.

This Competition is for the establishment of a Single Party Framework for the provision, implementation, maintenance and support of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and related services using the competitive procedure with negotiation. The Learning Experience Platform (LXP) will form a key part of the IPA’s digital infrastructure, broadening and scaling digital learning across the Public Service and supporting modern, flexible approaches to capability development. Implementation of the LXP will be carried out in phased stages, prioritising a smooth migration of existing users from the current Learning Management System (LMS) before the platform is rolled out more widely across the Public Service.
