25-04 Pharmacy Transition Works Laboratory Development

The works consist of the refurbishment and fit-out of existing approx. 75sqm of existing classroom space (Room W10) to create a new pharmacy laboratory to include the following, minor demolitions and alterations and associated building works, electrical fit-out works, mechanical fit-out works, floor, wall and ceiling finishes together with all ancillary and associated works at South East Technological University, Cork Road Campus, Cork Road, Waterford City.
