Intention notice Komtek software as a service

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with Norkart AS for a gradual transition to Norkart KOMTEK ́s cloud based system (SaaS) for the operation and further use of trade systems within municipal engineering (VAR), property tax and fixing fees.
The municipalities in Valdres have used KOMTEK software delivered by Norkart over several years. The operation of the system has until now been handled in a separate ICT cooperation. The contracting authority considers it appropriate to move operations to the service provider as part of a natural technological development from local operations to cloud based services.
The transition is planned to be carried out gradually, so that:
• The existing functionality will be continued without interruption to critical services
• Data flow, integrations and history are safeguarded
• the municipalities can adapt the transitional rate and dates within joint frameworks.
