SaaS-based head-end system (HES) for the existing AMS metering infrastructure

This notice concerns the delivery of a head-end system (HES) as SaaS for Lnett's existing AMS meter park, of approx. 160,000 electric meters. The requested system is Aidon Aonym. It shall safeguard the collection of measurement values, events and statistics, as well as the necessary communication, management and configuration of the meters. The need for the procurement is actualised by the existing HES system in the current on-premises environment being migrated as a result of a change of operational supplier. Lnett intends, thus, to enter into a contract with Aidon Oy for the delivery of HES as SaaS through Aidon A gustave, without a prior competition, pursuant to the Utilities Regulations § 9-3 letter b no. 2.
