Procurement of an ID card for access and login in Helse Vest

Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for the procurement of 2026/68199 for the procurement of an ID card for access and login to the health companies in Helse Vest. The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out as the Contracting Authority would like input for the procurement from possible suppliers and other interested parties. It will be central to identify, among other things, how the supplier market can cover the need and relevant environmental considerations. At the same time, the contracting authority would like to make the market aware that Helse Vest is looking into future possibilities for acquiring a regional access administration system that shall collect identity and access management in a common platform. This is seen to have close connections with cards that shall be procured and it will be important to clarify the dependencies and important requirements against this so that it works together. We would like, in this market dialogue, to respond in writing to concrete questions in order to map the supplier market, environmental impact and relevant areas for the requirement specifications. It is also of interest to gain insight into important links and possibilities toward a future regional access management system. In order to limit the use of resources in the further dialogue after written responses, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit the number of participants who will be invited to one-to-one meetings.
