20260001 Recruitment Tool

The Norwegian Tax Administration would like to obtain a new recruitment tool that can help the Norwegian Tax Administration dynamically to further develop the way we recruit and that is sustainable and flexible enough that we can adjust our recruitment process in line with changes in the discipline without the tool hindering us.

The Tax Administration sees the candidates as the most important user group in a recruitment process, and the tool must therefore be intuitive and allow the candidate to perform his assignments in a simple, intuitive and effective way.
