Framework agreement for consultancy engineering services

Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, on behalf of Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad and Tysnes municipalities, invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consulting engineering services. The agreement shall ensure flexible and predictable access to the necessary competence for planning, engineering design services and follow-up of building and construction projects. The framework agreement includes the entire project course - from early needs clarification and concept phase, via the preliminary project and detailed project, to the construction phase, commissioning, taking over and claims follow-up. The assignments will vary in nature, length and complexity, from smaller individual assignments to large projects and can be carried out parallel to several locations. The contract shall be able to cover simultaneous assignments for several business areas and locations in the region, and shall, thus, also handle capacity variations over time.
