Printout, scanning and copy as a service for Gjesdal, Time, Klepp, Hå and Bjerkreim municipalities.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a service agreement that includes printout, scanning and copy. The contract involves services ("as-a-service"). The agreement shall include a complete delivery of the necessary equipment and software for providing the service as well as training, necessary operation, support and maintenance of equipment. The contract shall also include return of the machine for machine change, return of machine upon termination of need at the user locations and return of the machine when the contract expires. The agreement that shall be signed for the five municipalities shall be based on "all inclusive", i.e. no extra payment shall be paid for the number of clicks, toners or other necessary consumable equipment." The follow me system shall be modern, cloud based, open and adaptable for each municipality. It shall be delivered with the machine and shall be included in the given hire price.
