The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) invites tenderers to participate in the competition for a framework agreement for development, operation and maintenance services for the Norwegian Armed Forces' secure platforms. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3-5 tenderers for development services to support the operation, management and further development of the Norwegian Defence ́s Secure Platforms (FSP). The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure with prequalification of tenderers. Please see the qualification documentation for further information and description of the rules and procedures for the qualification phase in the competition.
