0037 – Qualification System for the Provision of Web and App Analytics Services

An Post is launching a call to competition for the Provision of Web and App Analytics Services. This Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) aims to establish a multi‑supplier Qualification Panel, divided into two Lots, for organisations capable of delivering high‑quality analytics services across An Post’s digital platforms. The panel will operate for up to ten years and will be used to identify suitably qualified suppliers for future tender opportunities. Suppliers must be capable of working in a secure, data‑sensitive, multi‑supplier environment and supporting An Post’s digital strategy. The PQQ seeks to qualify vendors who can demonstrate strong technical delivery, adherence to financial and operational requirements, familiarity with relevant technology trends, and a proven track record in enabling clients to develop and continuously improve digital and technology capabilities. Applicants must also be able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving technologies used by An Post. The Qualification System will operate until 2nd September 2036. An Post reserves the right to extend or close the panel early in line with Operational Requirements.
