Global Accommodation Services 2027 (00710)

Hansel Oy has started preparations for tendering global accommodation services for Hansel Oy's customers.

The subject-matter of this procurement is to arrange accommodation services at least in Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. Other European cities might also be included to the procurement (for example Paris, London, Amsterdam, Vienna, Warsaw and/or Tallinn). Hansel will determine the final cities during the preparation process.

The procurement will be divided into city‑ or area‑specific lots. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more lots. Hansel will determine the division into lots during the preparation process.

The aim is for the contract period to start on 1 January 2027. The aim is for the the contract period be two (2) years, and the contract will include a possibility to extend the contract period by a total of two (2) additional years (one (1) year at a time).

Please note that this is a market consultation notice (hereafter "notice") and that this is not an invitation to tender. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The information provided in this notice does not bind Hansel Oy in any way.

REGISTRATION

Interested companies are invited to send their contact details by e‑mail to kilpailutus@hansel.fi with the subject line "Hansel: Global Accommodation Services 2027 – Registration". Please include the company name, VAT number, and the contact person’s name and e‑mail address.

The personal data of the registered persons will only be used for contacts related to this upcoming procurement.

MARKET DIALOGUE

Companies that register by 2 April 2026 will have the opportunity to participate in individual 1-hour meetings with Hansel (optional). During these meetings, Hansel will provide more information about the upcoming procurement and tendering process. The meetings will be held via Teams, approximately during weeks 15-16/2026. Meeting times will be arranged by email after the company has expressed its interest according to the instructions of this notice. Meeting materials will also be sent to the registered companies that are not interested in participating in the meeting.

In addition, Hansel will send draft version of the call for tenders and its appendices to registered companies, approximately in the end of May 2026. Registered companies are given the opportunity to comment on the draft version in writing (optional).

Participating or not participating in the market dialogue does not prevent participation in the upcoming procurement procedure.
