The tender focuses on developing a harmonised algorithm for the CZCAOF for the market-based allocation process of CZC for sharing and exchange of balancing capacity. The main tasks of this algorithm are the welfare optimal procurement of balancing capacity and allocation of CZC to the exchange or sharing of balancing capacity. In addition, the algorithm establishes market prices for balancing capacity.
