Invitation to market dialogue – Case and archive system with the accompanying building application and plan module.

Ringsaker municipality plans to procure a new case and archive system with the accompanying building application and plan module. The system shall replace the existing system and facilitate efficient, secure and future orientated case handling and documentation management. The objective of the market dialogue is to gain insight into available solutions, technological possibilities and the tenderers ́ experiences before the competition is announced. The dialogue shall give the municipality a better basis for designing the requirement specifications, contract terms and the execution model. Ringsaker municipality particularly wants feedback from the market on whether the procurement ́s aims are compatible with systems on the market today. Which requirements can be set as absolute requirements and what ought the municipality to have as desirable functions - i.e. not obligatory requirements.
