Patient transport within and out of Flå, Flesberg, Nore og Uvdal and Rollag for Vestre Viken HF

The procurement is for the procurement of patient journeys on roads in Flå, Flesberg, Nore og Uvdal and Rollag areas for Vestre Viken HF. The contracting authority would like to use a negotiated procedure. The contracting authority has opened up the possibility of submitting a tender for a day vehicle, framework agreement or a combination, and to submit a tender for one and one sub-area, or a combination of sub-areas. The contracting authority uses the attached annexes and documents as a starting point in the competition, but reserves the right to negotiate the content of these. The minimum requirements set in the requirement specification, however, cannot be changed or negotiated. See Annex 1 Price Form and Annex 2 Requirement Specifications for further information.
