The City of Reykjavík is seeking a solution that is user-friendly for both staff and residents, to host and distribute digital visual content. The project involves selecting and implementing a DAM system that supports daily operations, improves oversight of the city's digital material, and strengthens how such content is shared with residents.

The goal is to ensure that staff have access to a single, unified system that meets the diverse needs of the city’s workforce and their ideas for communicating content to residents. The solution must be adaptable to different registration requirements, integrable with various systems, and facilitate better collaboration, searchability, and sharing of information both within and outside the city.
