Market survey (RFI) – helicopter stand-by services in Northern Norway

The Norwegian Police Shared Services, on behalf of the police, is conducting a market survey (RFI) to gain an overview of what the market can offer in terms of helicopter services in Northern Norway for use in emergency preparedness. In this context, helicopter preparedness refers to access to a fully staffed helicopter capacity that is available for transport at short notice, 24 hours a day, all year round. The service may include both emergency missions and planned missions.
The information received through the market survey will be used as a basis for the further work related to planning and the potential implementation of a subsequent procurement.
