Digital sign systems for public transport in Østfold 2026

Østfold kollektivtrafikk plans to implement a public procurement of sign and display systems in public transport. The aim of the competition is to renew parts of the current digital sign system at bus stops, junctions and terminals, as well as to enter into contracts for operation, support and maintenance - see the attached RFI. The aim of the RFI is to give the market the opportunity to share insights, experiences and proposals for solutions for digital signs before the tender documentation is prepared. The inputs from the market will be used as a decision basis for further planning of the competition, including selection of i.a. procurement strategy, requirement specifications and award criteria.
